Als Co-Founder & CTO verantworte ich bei SALADISM (EATURA GmbH, Wien) die digitale Architektur und die FARMTAIL™-OS-Plattform. SALADISM macht aus frischem Essen eine neue Gesundheits-Infrastruktur — als Gourmet-Mahlzeit getarnt.
Das Problem: „Fake Fresh"
Konventionelle „frische" Ware ist beim Kauf im Schnitt rund 300 Stunden (≈ 12 Tage) alt — bis dahin ist ein Großteil der Nährstoffe verloren. Was als frisch verkauft wird, ist nährstofflich oft nur noch ein Schatten seiner selbst.

FARMTAIL™ führt erstmals eine On-Site-Vertical-Farm und eine Roboter-Küche in einem System zusammen: anbauen, ernten, zubereiten und servieren an einem Ort. So schrumpft die Lieferkette von 300 auf 3 Stunden — von der Ernte auf den Teller.

Der Gründer
I grew up between supermarket shelves. Spent a decade in the Coca-Cola system across 25 countries. Founded seven ventures — including a green-grocer chain at 23 and a vertical farming platform that taught me everything about what this technology can do, and at what cost when you lose your way.
At 50, I trained as a professional chef. Sous-vide. Ghost kitchen. High-end meal prep. Because you cannot reinvent the kitchen without understanding it from the inside.
SALADISM is my eighth venture. Born in a cardiac rehabilitation ward in 2025, from four weeks of silence and 35 years of eating a salad every single day.
This is not a market I identified. It is a problem I have lived my entire life — and I finally have everything needed to fix it.
